In plateau areas, slight leakage at the bottle mouth may occur due to air pressure differences. This is a normal transportation phenomenon and not a quality issue, so returns or exchanges are not accepted.
When shipping to areas with low temperatures (below 0℃), the ink may crack due to cold. It is recommended to consult customer service before placing an order in winter, or note “low-temperature protective packaging” (additional packaging costs apply).
For pearlescent painting inks, it is recommended to use them with glass pens; fountain pens with metal nibs may have nib gaps clogged by pearlescent particles.
Store in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight or high-temperature environments to prevent ink deterioration and bottle cracking.
